My name is Sarah Vasey, and I’m the heart and hands behind Sarah Ashley Events — a floral and event design studio specializing in timeless, elegant arrangements for weddings and corporate functions. Last year, I launched my signature rental line and curated some beautiful pieces with my Forever Flowers. These rentals are made from high-quality silk blooms, ensuring every piece looks as real as possible — but we’ll dive deeper into that throughout this blog.
How did my journey begin? I started in the industry with a background in technical theatre. I thought I was going to be a stage manager, but I landed my first job out of school with an events company. We created masterpieces by transforming massive casino ballrooms into elegant affairs. I soaked in every moment, watching master floral designers craft sculptures and stunning arrangements that turned a space into something both fun and intimate. It was then I realized my true passion: creating unforgettable moments through thoughtful details.
Over the years, I’ve had the joy of designing for weddings, styled shoots, and special events — each as unique and meaningful as the people they celebrate.
